Cancellation Policy 

We require a 24 hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment to make any necessary changes. An email will be sent to you 5 days prior to your appointment reminding of the time and date of the appointment.  A text reminder will be sent out confirming your appointment 24 hours before your appointment.  If you have not already cancelled or rescheduled the appointment at that time you will be responsible for the cost of the visit ($50).  We limited appointment times available and want to ensure patients needing to be seen can be treated.   We understand that life happens and things come up, but this is a no exception policy to be fair to all.  Thank you for your understanding.
